Perhaps Bob Jane’s best-known car from his storied career was the Chevrolet ZL-1 Camaro.

Seen by many as what we would call a supercar nowadays, the car featured a 427 cubic inch alloy V8 and in it, Jane drove to his third ATCC crown in 1971, holding out Allan Moffat’s Mustang in a thrilling finale at Oran Park.

Classic Carlectables produced a special Gold Livery Edition of the Chevrilet ZL-1 Camaro to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of its 1971 Australian Touring Car Championship victory.
