Born and raised in Sprintcar heartland Warrnambool in southwest Victoria, Hodges has formed a race team with Supercars-turned-IndyCar star Scott McLaughlin, Richmond AFL living legend Jack Riewolt and leading sports broadcaster Gerard Whateley.
Backed by NAPA Auto Parts, they’re running Aussie World Of Outlaws hero James McFadden with the aim of winning the 50th Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic at Warrnambool’s Premier Speedway at the end of next month.
