SCT Mustang unveiled

Objective Racing and Triple Eight Race Engineering have revealed the 2026 Supercars Championship livery that will feature on the team’s #11 Gen3 Ford Mustang GT driven by Jackson Walls.

The unveiling of the Objective Racing livery at Triple Eight’s Banyo workshop is the final piece of a significant operational shift that has been implemented, with the boldness of the design reflective of these changes.

While the core Objective design is representative of their branding footprint in Motorsport, renowned designer Pete Hughes has been able to implement Ford Racing and Mustang specific design elements to complement and ensure that Ford Racing DNA is captured.

In addition to the team’s name change, Objective Racing will also bring #11 back to the Supercars grid in 2026 after its absence last season.

The team also welcomes support from long-term partners; SCT Logistics, Liberty Fuels, Programmed by Persol, Wash It Australia – Mobile Truck Washing, Southern States Group (SSG) and Toyota Forklifts. In addition, Objective Racing has announced Shaw and Partners Financial Services as a new partner of the team.

The Objective Racing Mustang will be put through its paces at a shakedown test at Queensland Raceway on February 9, with two further test day’s scheduled prior to the 2026 Supercars Championship season opener on February 20 at Sydney Motorsport Park.

“I’m incredibly proud of everyone that has contributed to building Objective Racing over the past four months, particularly to the level that has been achieved. The integration into Triple Eight has surpassed my expectations – Jamie and the whole group have fully embraced this program to be part of the team,” Team Principal Andrew Jones said.

“There is always so much excitement at this time of the year and combined with the changes that we have implemented by bringing in an exciting young talent in Jackson, partnering with Triple Eight Race Engineering and debuting a brand-new Ford Racing Mustang GT – that excitement is at an all-time high.”

Walls said after all of the off-season changes he is looking forward to actually hitting the track in the Mustang.

“This is an unreal moment for me, my first look at the new car, it looks awesome. Huge thanks to the team here at Triple Eight building it and all the sponsors that have come on board to make this whole thing happen,” he said.

“Can’t wait to start the season and get on track, it’s been a long wait but I can’t wait to roll out next week at Queensland Raceway with the crew.”
