Robotham to partner Chahda at Bathurst

Jaylyn Robotham will join fellow Dunlop Super2 Series driver Matt Chahda in the latter’s family-run wildcard entry for the 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000.

Chahda and Robotham will share a Walkinshaw Andretti United-owned ZB Commodore for their Bathurst 1000 debuts in October.

Nineteen-year-old Robotham races an Image Racing Holden Commodore in Super2, winning the 2022 season-opening event at Sydney Motorsport Park.

“We are delighted that Jaylyn will fulfil his dream of racing at the Great Race, the Bathurst 1000 later this year, as part of the MCM wildcard team,” said David Robotham, father and manager to Jaylyn.

“Jay has worked so hard for this and we are working closely with the team at MCM to make his debut a success.”
