The Repco Supercars Championship returns to Sydney Motorsport Park for the third of four consecutive events at the circuit, and another make or break event for those trying to stop championship leader van Gisbergen.

The BP Ultimate Sydney SuperSprint is the last three-race round of the season, featuring one race on the Saturday and two on Sunday. It’s a Dunlop soft tyre-only event, with five sets of the soft tyres available to each car from the start of Saturday qualifying.

With three rounds remaining in 2021, teams and drivers are not only battling for position within the Repco Supercars Championship standings but also for the Beaurepaires Sydney Cup and a cash prize of $25,000, awarded to the driver who accumulates the most points over the events being held at Sydney Motorsport Park.
